I was unable to export the video after I had finished making the Powtoon. The system said it was because there were premium items in the Powtoon. Whilst making the Powtoon I did not see a watermark on any of the items I'd used in my Powtoon. I was unable. to locate the premium items to remove them. Since this video was needed for a PD workshop on Monday, I contacted customer service via email and they sorted it out very efficiently and quickly and offered to export the Powtoon to a video format. To be honest, it came as a very pleasant surprise to have come across such proactive customer service.My only suggestion would be to disable premium features /items so that free account users are prompted when they click on premium items.This can prevent users from inadvertently using premium items only to find at the end of it all that they can't export the Powtoons after having invested time and effort in the process.
