Customer support ignoring multiple emails and refusing to provide a refund for a subscription roll-over we do not want.The support agents when they do reply completely ignore previous emails. Even their Twitter account does not respond. Really bizarre behaviour that has forced us to proceed with a credit card chargeback.
Its overrated. I was impressed with the video explainer ad as seen on Meta, but as i logged in. Everything is only available in a paid version. There is no template or design editor seen even if i click the create button. This is such a hype given for nothing
