Sign up for 1 year, the templates are limited and the API integration was not idea, my video always have distorted. I also email to their support for weeks they didnt response to me on my credit as I am on a Pro Plan. This software is too expensive to use and very limited templates.
Such a waste of time, features are like 10 years ago, just worse. I can't find anything, not great assets, but everywhere "AI" where I don't want it, and can't find options to create what I want. In the worst moment, I get a pop up for a free trial, which I did NOT want activate in that moment, bec. I don't have any time!!! now to test it, but it was activated anyways, meaning there is a box constantly displayed, but when I want to use premium stuff or download, it is NOT activated, and I can only download as NOT MP4 (seriously?) and only with watermark. When I try to contact support, I am logged out, and my credentials aren't filled in automatically. Don't like the choice of characters, backgrounds, etc. anyways, you really need to update. This was hype 10 years ago when explainer videos were hip, but now it is just annoying across many editing features.

There was a problem with text background colour, suddenly failed. I wrote to help desk. Volodymyr wrote back almost immediately, and dev team fixed problem whithin a few hours. Thanks to Volodymyr, Oleksandr and Diana, I could successfully finish and export my project. I use Powtoon to make educational videos, because It is easy and intuitive.
