Review Time
I ordered study material from the website, but when it was time to pay, the website popped-up a notice that the material wasn't available. There was a note that it'll ship whenever the material becomes available, but there wasn't a timeframe specified. My exam is in 3-months, I'm not sure when or if the material will arrive in time to be useful. Additionally, there was no notification of the material availability until checkout.
I used PPI for my PcM ARE exam, my first ARE exam, and passed within one month of studying. PPI2Pass was my main secondary resource, using the book as an overview of the topics covered in the exam. The online portion was great for scheduling and getting me into a rhythm. The Qbank questions and practice exams were very valuable as well as it provides explanations for the answers. Compared to other online subscription-based resources, the value of PPI2Pass is well worth it. I will likely be using PPI2Pass for all of my remaining exams.

PPI's course work is full of busy work. I am a professional in my trade, so I do not have time for additional material that doesn’t help me pass my PE exam. Also, the refund policy is horrible. I purchased this course well in advance to my class. The refund policy ensured PPI was able to keep as much money as possible, for a student who didn’t use the course and tried to cancel before the course began. A “30 day” expiration date on course material that doesn’t change from year to year is crazy. Respectfully, anyone wanting to pass their PE should look elsewhere for training.
Purchased book to be shipped and paid $18 for shipping and have yet to receive a shipping notification or tracking number which is frustrating as I have no idea where my order is and I keep getting asked to review it. I understand given the time of year it will take time to get to me but again with what I paid for shipping I would at least expect some sort of tracking.
