When I ordered the song it was 3 days before Valentine's and I was told it would be a 7 day wait. It was my fault for ordering that close, but I just saw the ad that day. I was resigned to sharing the song after V-day, but better late than never right?
Well they delivered a great song early. Just in time actually to play it for my wife in her studio On Valentine's. She thought it was a just pretty song at first, then hearing her name and the story it told brought the tears and loving hugs.

What made my experience great was a few things. I received my song within the time that the company promised but I wasn’t overjoyed with the lyrics. HOWEVER, i communicated to them that the lyrics didn’t really communicate the sentiment of my heart and they offered to redo the song at no cost in addition to asking me to send the words I wanted replaced. We had great communication via email . Without any hesitation, I was reassured that my satisfaction was their number one concern and they absolutely created a song that spoke the sentiments of not only my heart but our story . I can’t wait until my husband hears this on Valentine's Day. Besides the Bible I gave him for his birthday 2 weeks after we met, I believe this song will be the best gift I’ve ever given him.

They delivered a terrible song that makes absolutely no sense. I reached out multiple times but have received no response. Instead, they sent me the exact same song again. I've contacted them four times with no acknowledgment. I specifically requested that they not produce the song, yet they did, and it turned out poorly. I paid extra for unlimited edits, but how can I get those edits when they ignore my emails?
