Had a few questions during trial, and sent a help request, thinking maybe they will get back to me within a couple of days. Nope, within 10 minutes, each time Ernest responded with exactly the help I needed. You cannot ask for better support - needless to say, I have now bought a licence.The program has so many features buried within:Initially I wanted it to print specific emails to a dot matrix printer – it does this perfectly.Then I thought, can it save attachments to a NAS server? Yup, and it does that very well.Can it alert on Slack and Pushover? Yes – perfectly.If you have many repetitive tasks with email, then this program will not disappoint. The more I use it, the more I find uses for it. Combined with superb customer service, it is definitely recommended!Well done Ernest and all at Namtuk!
Really great software for bridging the gap between how people email in receipts and how they need to be formatted to be accepted in online accounting software. I have this configured to convert the email and attachments to PDF for uploading to Xero as part of an automated workflow.Really worth trialling at automatic-email-manager.com
It can do almost everything.Its a "set it and forget it" software.But, its "connected" with the regional settings of the user profile. I would like this software to be independent from the regional settings. I choose the language "english" and everything must be in english.
