Love my top

Love my top, but the dress was to small. They would not reimbursement me for returning the dress. I am not a big fan of store credit. That's like keeping someones money knowing they will probably not go back to your site. Wrong!!!!!

False advertising/China goods

They are advertising linen and sending cotton dress very disappointing. I asked for a return and refund. The item cost me an additional $9 to send back no refund as of yet.

Frustrated!

I’ve emailed three or four times to exchange a top. Once a Monterey representative responds to my email, I have answered their questions. However, no one ever gets back to me.I need to make an exchange, & I need assistance!
