First of all, I am so totally surprised that the Premium Parking App did not work for me. So, I called them at 410-216-5620. I spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Kimberly. She was very professional, patient and pleasant to talk to. She researched several things for me, finally having to go into the Premium Parking App and processed it for me. I am so grateful that Premium Parking has such an employee that is as helpful as she was to me. Thank you Kimberly.

Notification of Ticket Expiration

I received a notification indicating my ticket was about to expire. When I attempted to extend it, I encountered an error during the purchase process. Shortly after, I received an alert from my bank notifying me that I had been charged three times. I promptly contacted customer service, explained the situation, asked a few questions, and they confirmed that I would be refunded.

The app is good to use

The app is good to use. The only problem I had was the amount of the fee they wanted me to pay when I went over my time. The resolution was great. They gave me a complimentary lower price that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Kimberly bailed me out

I recently made a bone head move by entering the wrong arrival time. Unable to figure out how to correct it, I emailed customer support. Kimberly called me to make sure that she correctly understoon my dilemma. Not only did she correct that but helped me with a number of different issues, including helping me set up my profile. ramp fee

I saw the ramp fee was $10 per day, which is not outrageous. But then I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the yearly ramp fee for $60. As we will be in Florida for 4 months, it was a no brainier to get the pass.
