The product didn’t work at all. My advisor was zero help. I told him during process that it wasn’t work and all he did was tell me to increase dose. After that and it was all gone. He tells me thats the breaks and their isn’t anything they can do to help me. I spent all of my prescription flex pay to pay for it and now have to struggle to pay for my regular meds. I emailed corporate and was told same thing. I know it’s not guaranteed but I told team half way through that it wasn’t working. They could have done something then. Take it from me unless you can afford to loose money don’t use them!!!
What made my experience with nuform more pleasurable, is the fact that they get to know you and they understand what your needs are and they keep intouch with you to make sure everything is going great. Its almost like a family. I really like that about nuform. My guy Alec has been great and informative and I appreciate a team that will go above and beyond. I would recommend nuform to anybody looking for a professional trt experience. Hands down, they are top notch in my book!
I am elated. I was previously seeing another doctor in person, but they just weren’t attentive to my needs or consistent with follow-up. It often felt like I was just another number. When I switched over to this doctor, the difference was night and day. From the very first time I reached out, they were prompt, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me. Even though our appointments have been through videochat, they’ve been far more attentive and responsive than the doctor I saw in person ever was. The process was easy and the doctors and staff are really on it. Constantly answering any questions and checking on how I feel. My primary care doctor made me feel like I’m not putting enough effort into losing weight and I became discouraged BUT after converting to Nuform I feel no judged and gain more confidence and effort into losing the weight and now I feel great! Eating healthier options and eating less junky food has been amazing for me. Would highly recommend this place just because they cared when no one else did.
