I am a real reviewer! These guys deserve the five star rating. I was very worried that this website/company was going to be a scam. The customer service team allowed me to do a virtual phone call to verify their authenticity. Everything was shipped in under two weeks time.
Premium had the most competitive price for Finnmark infrared sauna that I purchased from them. Their sales representative effectively guided me through the units features and options. He also contacted their distributor to ensure that I would receive my unit in the next shipping window. Delightfully, the unit came in earlier then expected. Their shipper communicated very well with me and the delivery driver did a great job of getting the unit into my garage.
