Ordered protein powder for $150 NZD, but the product was expired (Best Before 2025-07-11).
After contacting support, I received a full refund of $151.95, but no compensation for the inconvenience and health risk (I felt unwell after a small sip).
When I requested a small $50 goodwill gesture, they refused citing my earlier tone, even though I apologized.
Disappointed with how expired products are handled. Would not recommend buying supplements here without checking expiry dates carefully.

Best delivery service

The Delivery service has gotten way better they must be sending this products on a space shuttle as I live in a different city and rural and it got here the next day absolutely phenomenal Premium products decent pricing easy online access hundred percent recommend sportsfuel supps
