If I could give no stars, I certainly would. Terrible service. Quick to take payment but slow to refund. They barely respond to emails. They should be shut down. Avoid if possible; there are better options out there.

Order placed in September, still nothing

I placed my order in September 2025 and it's now January 2026 with no delivery. I work hard for my money and this is so frustrating. Please avoid this service; consider taking them to small claims court. Has anyone else been able to reach them? I only have an email address.

Avoid this service

I placed my order two weeks ago and I'm extremely disappointed. I should have read these reviews sooner. It's incredibly frustrating due to the poor communication about when my order will arrive. We need to warn others on social media. They're advertising daily but it's not fair.

Very disappointed

I’m really disappointed. I've ordered from this service before and it was great. Initially, they responded to my inquiries about my recent order, but now they've stopped altogether. Almost £190 spent and over four weeks of waiting with no explanation. I asked if I should cancel my order, but received no reply. I don’t give one star because they were good before; I just don’t understand what went wrong.

What happened to this service?

I'm unsure what has happened to this clinic. My first order in 2024 was smooth, but now they’ve stopped responding. I’ve checked and found out they are a dissolved company still operating. I believe the regulatory body would be concerned about them selling unlicensed drugs without proper consultation. I advise staying far away from this service.

Unacceptable service

I waited a month for my order and when I asked for a refund, I just received generic responses. I'm still waiting for my money, which they were quick to take. There are better sites out there that offer pens more efficiently and at lower prices. Avoid this site.

They took my money and disappeared

They took my money, answered a few questions, then went silent. No replies to my emails or calls, so I filed a claim with my credit card for a refund. I think they might be out of business.
