Membership issue and refund pending

I mistakenly subscribed to their membership, which resulted in a charge. After realizing this, I requested to unsubscribe. However, a significant amount was then deducted from my account for a top-up. I requested a refund, and initially, they refused. They have since said they will refund me if I leave a review. I hope they keep their word.
