Unhappy with unsubscribe options

I'm frustrated that I can't electronically unsubscribe from emails from this company. They are bothersome and only provide an option to send a letter, with no assurance that it will be addressed.

Poor quality pan and worse support

The pan lost its non-stick coating within a month. I reached out to the support team, who initially responded but then ignored my follow-ups. This is the worst pan I've ever owned, and their customer support is unhelpful.

Eco-friendly pans

Good communication and timely delivery. I haven't used them yet, so I can't comment on performance. I love the color and appreciate that they are recycled and eco-friendly. The only downside was the delivery; the item was left on my front doorstep at night, making it vulnerable to theft.
