I strongly advise against ordering electrical products. They are shipped from the US and are not suitable for use here. I ordered a rock tumbler as a Christmas gift in November and received a tracking number after about a week, only to find out it was being shipped from the US, even though the website has a local domain. When I contacted customer service, they absurdly suggested buying an adapter. I wanted to cancel my order but was told I couldn't, and instead, I should refuse delivery at the door for a return. The delivery came via postal service, not the DHL tracking number provided. After inquiring about returning the item, I received an address and ended up paying €60 to send back a product that is entirely unusable here. Now, the item has been returned to me because the return address refused to pay import taxes. I'm now out €180 and left with a product I cannot use.

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I ordered from this site believing it was local, with an Irish address and phone number. The phone number is automated and disconnects every time after informing me that customer service is busy. The items I ordered were Christmas gifts for my children, placed on November 26, and they are still 'in transit'. I have emailed multiple times asking for updates, yet received no response. An An Post number was issued, but An Post has informed me they haven't received anything, which I believe, as the tracking indicates they are still in transit and haven't been scanned. It's a complete joke, and now I'm without my children's main gift for Christmas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I placed my order early on November 25, received confirmation, and was excited about my product (32GB of DDR5 RAM). However, I never received shipping or tracking information. On the 27th, I inquired about the product's arrival. Later that day, I received an email stating my order was confirmed and processing, expected to ship within 3-4 days. I needed the part by December 20, and they assured me it would arrive between December 10-16. Then, on the 28th, I was informed that the product was out of stock, despite having taken my payment days earlier. They offered a DDR4 RAM kit as a replacement, which was inadequate for my needs. Strangely, the DDR5 RAM I ordered was still listed on their site 48 hours after being declared sold out. I spent several days emailing without replies and was eventually told I could have a refund. Just when I thought I was done, they emailed me saying the product was back in stock. At this point, I preferred to avoid further dealings with this seller, so I accepted the refund and purchased elsewhere. In summary, they took my money on the 25th, delayed informing me of the stock issue, offered a subpar replacement, ignored my emails, and I finally received my refund on the 6th. I waited for my refund to write this review as this has been the shadiest experience I've had. Shop elsewhere at all costs.
I previously reviewed this company and stand by that review. It wasn't about customs or taxes. They asked me to pay customs, send the invoice, and they would reimburse me, which was just over €275. I sent the invoice on Friday evening, and the refund was in my account by the following Tuesday. Exceptional customer service in this instance. I still maintain my previous review and cannot change my star rating for those issues, but on this occasion, well done on the refund.
