I researched thoroughly before supporting this small business. After pre-ordering on November 10th, I was excited to see my items dispatched on November 24th. However, my tracking hasn’t updated since then. I ended up reordering and received everything quickly. The initial customer service response was disappointing and dismissive, with no assistance offered. I’m now reconsidering further purchases due to this experience.
