ACT and Outlook compatibility issues

I've been a loyal user for over 15 years, but my experience changed drastically in 2025. Since renewing, the compatibility between the service and Outlook has been disastrous. Currently, there’s no sync at all, and despite having multiple escalated tickets, the issues remain unresolved. This is severely impacting my business, and the lack of results is frustrating.

Online version has been disappointing

I previously used earlier versions of the service without any issues. Recently, I switched to the online version, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. It has failed to import my prospect spreadsheets and send group emails effectively. I recommend avoiding this latest version as it differs greatly from the past.

Having used this service for nearly 20 years, the changes made in 2024 regarding email marketing have been disappointing. The provided resources for navigating these changes were not helpful. My only positive experience was with a tech support representative who assisted me frequently. Unfortunately, the issues with email delivery to spam folders resulted in significant financial losses for my business. The recent shutdown of my database access without proper warning has made me reconsider my loyalty. I plan to switch to another CRM next year.
