This feels like a joke. If anyone has actually received their order, please share how long it took. I ordered on September 4th, and I'm still waiting for prototypes. It's now mid-December. They promised a month for delivery. Whenever I inquire, they say, 'we're working on it, it's on the way,' but nothing has happened. I prepaid for this. If you want to pay for nothing and wait indefinitely, this is the place. If you’re looking for products, you won't find them here. I'm beginning to think they are not competent.
The quality did not meet my expectations, and there is no refund policy for samples, even though they are not custom items but rather stocked samples. I wouldn’t dismiss them entirely, but it’s important to be aware of the quality and refund policy before placing an order.
Working with this company has been fantastic. They offer a lot of support beyond just producing the clothing, and their WhatsApp communication is very responsive. The quality of the products is amazing, and they deliver samples quickly. It's incredibly valuable.

I placed a small order for 150 t-shirts with two simple prints back in February 2025, expecting reasonable delivery times. I received numerous promises about shipping dates in June, July, and August, but nothing arrived. Communication has been inconsistent and often misleading, with constant excuses and no accountability. It's now over 7 months, and I still haven’t received the items I paid for. I’ve lost time and money, and the lack of professionalism has been shocking for a company that presents itself as a reliable clothing manufacturer. I've had to start a dispute with my bank and will seek legal options to get my money back. If you value reliability, honesty, and professionalism, I recommend avoiding this company.
