The product is beautiful. It’s thick and luxurious. I love the price when you buy in the 3 pack. I have such sensitive skin and have tried so many things over the last few years - this has been the first product in yonks that agrees. I have just got the vanilla rose and lavender and they are both lovely - lavender especially before bed. This product is used by my husband too - he started putting some around his nose which was ALWAYS dry and flakey - gone in 3 days and he even just bought his own jar ❤️ I will be a customer for life, thank you!
I was most impressed with the quick response, I really wasn’t expecting a response the next day, let along the unbelievable offer of free product! And it was going to be shipped ASAP. I’ve got about 9 friends now on tallow, it’s a product that works 100% and hasn’t proved me wrong yet, I love the underarm deodorant, aluminium which I can’t tolerate, the zinc sun block is in a must for the summer, 6 hours in the sun working with no sun burn issues.What is the company doing well? I have only been using this for the past 3 weeks and I just love the way my skin feels and looks already. I have not been able to find anything that doesn't react to my skin. I feel I have hit the jackpot with this. Also, the customer service has been outstanding !
Never looking back diabetic spent the last 10 years being told I look tired but its just me loosing elasticity and only 40 I'm onto my 3rd order I just love the feeling and the smell I started with vanilla and rose but now honey is my fav my skin feels so soft in the morning even got my 14 year old to try it as acne has started and this has helped to calm it down. Have also purchased the eye balm now even more soft. I absolutely love this product and recommend it to all
The product is great. The customer service is not. 5 orders = 4 times had to go o a collection point. Crystal helped ensure one order did not require a signature after asking how to avoid non delivery We agreed I was to email when ordering so that could instruct to send without signature. Last week I did that but they are busy keeping up with surging orders (good problem to have. Not sure it's a reason not to do what was offered. Crystal also said in her last email she didn't areciate the threat of me saying I would review them. How is a review a threat exactly isn't clear. Like I said great product, inconsistent service. And an aggressive tone.
