asked to be removed from their call list 5+ times they keep calling from other numbers. they argue with you when you do accidently answer the phone. this place is terrible. they give me the feeling of being a scam considering the rude way they speak and refusing to remove me from their call list or database. I'd avoid at all costs.
Awful, their customer support has takes so long to reply to emails, which is their only form of contact. They're expensive, and to a new trader this prop firm should be a 100% no go. Just got my account breached due to withdrawing, which was not mentioned anywhere on their rules and regulations. Beware

Their contact support is so unreliable, they claim they have 24/7 support but they are unable to reach back within a day. It screams scummy behavior and negligence of their customers. Only offering support through means of emails then not getting a response within 24 hours. Still waiting… UPDATE: Still no response back!!! This is in regards to a random hard breach and conveniently, still no response back to provide any clarity!! Would not recommend wasting your time or money with this prop firm. Even their mentor coach wasn’t able to explain the reasoning behind their random hard breach.
