He answered any questions I had in a timely manner, both by text and phone. It's nice to see that there are still people who do what they say they're going to do. A true pleasure from the initial letter through the saled transaction, and a welcome deposit into a CD - to be used for some home repairs and a lot of travels abroad. I’m happy to give a Triple A rating —from a retired lady who had no clue how to sell Tennessee property while living in California.
