The initial communication was spotty, but once I spoke to a human, I was able to make arrangements. Company was on time and accommodating. Driver was polite and efficient. Unit was spotless and did the job. Would definitely use again.
Heli Martinez was very pleasant and easy to work with while booking a luxury bathroom for my daughter’s wedding. With all the details that a wedding requires, he made this process very simple.
The representative was exceptionally helpful and collaborated with me to determine a rental price that suited my requirements (as I was clearing out some old furniture and other household items from a residential property). The dumpster was delivered promptly the next day, and I experienced no issues in using and returning it. The representative also took the time to follow up with me after its return. I would certainly choose this service again.
Terrible experience. They messed up multiple orders, kept getting confused about a very simple dumpster delivery request, made countless errors during scheduling and pickup, were unreachable by phone half the time, kept switching me from person to person and department to department, and did not disclose the fact that they were booking for another company / wouldnt be directly delivering it. So disorganized and terrible customer service. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.
If it wasn't for Jovan we would have taken our business else where. The rep who helped me before absolutely dropped the ball on our order, which blows my mind because I literally told him that we would like to repeat the EXACT SAME ORDER as the previous three months. Imagine how shocked we were when only 1 unit showed up and not 2, and it was a monthly rental and not a weekend. Needless to say we were not happy, Jovan went above and beyond to try and fix this and if it wasnt for him we would have taken our business elsewhere.
