The leads SUCK. all the sellers think I am a buyer willing to pay top dollar for their home. Not one of the 30 leads I received thought I was a real estate agent looking to list the home for sale. COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They say that they vet leads. They do not. They give owners the impression that they will be contacted by an agent who has a buyer for their home. They misrepresent the agents objective, waste your time and money which they do not refund.
Fraudulent business practices. Once they have your credit card they will charge you unauthorized charges for the leads that you did not request. Even though you told them to pause or put your account on hold, they will still charge you. Arrogant and unprofessional, they will tell you that you asked for the leads.
The absolute worst lead company. DO NOT use them; they overpromise and underdeliver what they say. absolutely worthless. Got 3 leads, totally trash, nonresponsive, not even a potential conversation with leads. 2 of which I paid for, they charged me for a 3rd one, which I didn't authorize; they wouldn't give me a refund for it. So such a waste of money, absolutely the WORST; one guy didn't even know who or what I was reaching out about. is fake leads, trash. such a waste of my $$$$Your lame long reply to my review is ridiculous. If you believe in your product you shouldn't be so eager to explain the way you do business, which is still trash leads. You have NOT replace my leads that I paid for, craeted a whole other mess to login and new leads are not reflecting on my account so yes, you stole my $$$ super shady business. Specifically after I've emailed and text several times about the replacement leads being issued.
Came in already knowing that not every lead was going to be a winner and basically it's as expected, decent turnover but some leads en up being questionable. At least there's replacements available but ran into some issues with the replacement credits when pausing my account
This is real estate leads company that incessantly texts and calls about $75 listing leads. They contact from dozens of different numbers and despite being asked to stop over and over, they just keep coming. I told them I was interested to get someone on the phone, they called me 3x in a row. When I answered and ask to be removed, he hung up on me. I tried calling back and its a spoofed number. It looks like they are based in the UK.
