They communicated greatly. It was an easy process at checkout and the tires came fine. I would suggest this to someone looking for affordable tires. Communication was the best trait of the store. It arrived fairly quick compared to some places like Priority Tire.
Ordered a lawn sweeper from Simolary LLC paid in full with capital one card, received an e-mail saying that I had authorised USD payment to Cao Ky Duyan. Don't really know what's going on hear, but, I errand on the side of caution. When Capital One called me and ask if I had authorised this payment I said yes, but, not to Cao Ky Duyan. I stopped payment and haven't heard a word from anyone. I'am saying I wouldn't if I were you because I'm not.

Received what I ordered in a weeks time. Item was the same as described on the website at an outstanding price! At first the credit card didn't process, but I tried again using PayPal and the same credit card and it went thru. Also the tracking was provided after 2 or 3 days to help with doubts. Communication was done thru email.
I ordered a GPS for my RV and honestly, I thought the price was too good to be true but I proceeded anyway. The short story is that I got the product and it works great (at 1/3 off the lowest internet price I had seen anywhere else). However, it was an odd transaction from the start. I placed the order through Simolary but my PayPal receipt said I made a clothing purchase from a company in Hong Kong. I contacted Simolary to clarify. They replied immediately and said don't worry, the GPS is on the way. I'm amazed that it actually arrived because it was delivered by Amazon, with my Uncle's name on it, my street address but the wrong city. Not only that, it had a packing slip from Lowe's in it. Again, I received it but I'm amazed that I did.
