Delivery was prompt. I’ve tried lots of mascaras from chanel, estee lauder, loreal and maybeline. This mascara doesn’t flake off during the day. It’s easy to remove and I never wake up with residue under my eyes.
I had a great experience with these products arriving promptly and the high quality of the product is obvious.I absolutly love the mulberry mascara and the eye brightener eyeshadow and now the blush. I wasn't happy with the blush at first because the smell was so bad i thought i'd never where it. I'm not sure why it was so stinky but i was so happy with the other 2 products i thought it was still worth it. I now use the blush everyday i got rid of the smell by leaving it open and exposing the whole stick lid and all to a strong mens cologne and let it sit open for a few days. It doesn't smell anymore and it feels so nice on my skin. I'm looking forward to trying thr blue mascara and other eye shadows.
I've really enjoyed Prime mascara. I've been using Thrive but decided to try Prime and honestly like it better. It's a great texture, stays put and it's easy to remove. I highly recommend!
I have been buying the mascara and eyeliners for well over a year and I love them! My daughter has even started wearing them. Fun colors too! I recently tried the color changing foundation. I have extremely sensitive skin and some cosmetics will cause small red Itchy blotches on my face. Unfortunately, this happened with the color changing foundation. I was truly hoping it would work for me because it is great with the color closeness. Bummer! I have been trying to get a return done before my time is up to receive a refund. No luck so far in getting a response. I have now sent a THIRD message and still waiting. Customer service has been great until this return. It’s as if no one is receiving or reading my emails.
I was a new customer. I had only seen what is in the videos and on the website but wanted to try for myself.
I was amazed that the eyeliner went on as easy as described. The fave make up did indeed blend and even my skin tone.
I had a return and exchange for a poor color choice and that was so easy and handled efficiently. I have my first lip plumping stick and love the results. I think I may be hooked on this line.
I’ve recently bought the mascara after seeing a lot of adverts and wanting something more suitable for older women. I have nothing but good things to say! It goes on without clumping, no disappearing down my face during the day and with the ingredients used I even put it on on no make up days. I have the mulberry shade, which thankfully isn’t the awful reds which I have experienced in the cheaper brands I had been using.

Don't fall for it. Mascara pretty much glued your lashes together. Foundation is like paste. Doesn't match the color of your skin at all. Trying to return now for 3 weeks no response! I'll keep posting until they respond to my return requests!
Non existent customer service. Products are really nice and I love them, but they left items out of my order, charged me the full order and don't respond to any of my queries. Would love to have the missing products.
This service has proven to be incredibly dishonest! They constantly provide false information about delivery times, shipping status, and customer care. I placed an order in November and have yet to receive it. Despite paying for shipping insurance, it was of no help. They assured me it would arrive by December 20 and claimed it was out for delivery, but none of that was true! Recently, in mid-January, they told me a new order had shipped and that I would receive it in 3-5 days—another lie! When I reached out on January 20 to check the status, tracking indicated it had been in Chicago since the 15th, and they had also sent an email stating it would arrive yesterday. This morning, I got a message saying it was 'lost in the system' and they offered to send a replacement. I declined, insisting on a refund and expressing my desire to have no further dealings with this service. I doubt I will hear back. Additionally, contacting a representative is impossible; you can only email them. They are incredibly untrustworthy. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE!
