No way to get in contact with customer service

My account is blocked for no reason and no way to get in contact with customer service to fix the issue. Absolutely Kafkaesque. When will this be resolved? My best advice: stay far away from primevideo until they get things under control and can provide a somehow normal user experience and customer service. Right now it's just so poor and frustrating.

account locked - no remedy

Lousy customer service - basically non existant. Just get response in writing that my account is closed. No possibility to create account after trial has ended. The worst streaming platform ever experienced

Cancelled my subscription 5 days into…

Cancelled my subscription 5 days into the 7 days free trial period. Primevideo then started to charge the monthly fee. Have written to them, talked to the UK office (who gave me a German phone number which did not work) and I have been hung up 2 times. So now they charge me and I cannot even access the content. How can a company be allowed to run with such (seemingly) deliberate policy???? Their email address (stated here at Trustpilot) isn't even active

Audio sucks

Price/content is fineHaving audio problems. In the middle of a show, the audio just stop working. Tv and all other streaming services have sound. This the second time in 4-5 days I have this issue. Last time it helped unplugging and turning it on agian, not this time. Works fine with the tv speakers, but they are not that good.

Shameful

Shameful. Only thing I can say. I cancelled my membership from 1st. Of April, and even got a confirmation that date. However the 2nd of April I get a message that my membership has been renewed. I never requested this. Absolute shameful. Contacting them through their costumer service is completely impossible.

Randomly locked my account

So annoyed. They locked my account. I DID NOT get an email about it so I have no way of unlocking my account, and their help-function literally does not work. I can’t contact them unless I call a foreign telephone number and pay for the call. I’m so annoyed

Paid twice for same subscription!

I checked my account and saw they charged me twice for the 1 month. There is no way to contact them about a refund.... I hope for someone to contact me here... I wouldnt recommend Amazon Prime. Ill update if i get help.

When will you guys fix the daimn issues

When will you guys fix the daimn subtitle issues!!! So much out of sync, or only subtitles of the country it is showed in, not the original sound.... And if there are subtitles, it seems some person with the IQ of a potato has translated....Its getting worse and worse....luckily its only 3eu but if this takes anymore...Bye prime and welcome back piratebay!

Discrimination against the deaf

Complete rubbish. No good if you're deaf as a majority of titles don't have subtitles. Blatant discrimination against the deaf
