Service has been very good. I setup on a firestick initially and missed the ease of a Mag media player so I bought a Mag 555 so Navigation and setting my favourite channels is more user friendly. I messaged for a tutorial and was surprised when someone messaged almost immediately and walked me though! Awesome Customer Service.
I applied for Primo tv 2 days ago. I had trouble getting started due to not getting enough info to download and in all honesty. I put some letters and numbers in incorrectly. Then I set up my favorites and started watching. I had some buffering issues and some channels didn't load properly. Then last night as I prepared to watch my evening tv I was getting messages on some about CloudFlare not allowing videos and other channels just not loading. So much for a nice evening of watching Tv. This morning channels returned still some buffering and some not load plus a few cloudflare notices. Then tonight the same as last night no service again.Now the fun part. After asking for a refund to customer service, I was told they were in the middle of upgrades and if upgraded to VIP service at another cost I wouldn't have the buffering problems. I wasn't about to upgrade at extra cost for something I was not satisfied to begin with. Asking ...actually demanding a refund, I was told they would move me to a panel. Do you know what a panel is? Well either do I!! They never explained. Sorry for being so Unitech savvy and it being rubbed in my face. After demanding a refund. I was told by 24 hr customer service a supervisor would talk to me tomorrow. So no supervisors between the 24 hr service?? Be prepared for part 2 tomorrow. I'm sure it will be worst. But I'm fighting to get out of this. So Primo tv give me my refund and I'll stop posting reviews. That is how you stop bad reviews
Sign up was easy and straight forward, questions/concerns were answered back quickly and professionally, plan to sign up soon for yearly rate, have tried both a trial and month subscription and I’m very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!!!
