This website is definitely a scam. They use images from other brands and make returns nearly impossible. I ordered a pair of jeans (which I later found out were taken from another brand’s site) and they looked nothing like the photos. After requesting a return, I waited three weeks without receiving a return label. Like others have mentioned, they offered a minimal partial compensation. I pushed for a full refund, but now they have stopped responding to my emails. Their website claims they accept returns. AVOID this service; the clothing won't match the images and they won't uphold their return policy or provide fair compensation.
The images and descriptions are highly misleading. The clothing appeared to be made of sturdy thick cotton with embroidery, but it turned out to be incredibly thin with a cheap print on the fabric. The size was incorrect, the color was not as expected, and the material was different.
Caution! This service is not trustworthy. They sent me a damaged item and refused to provide a full refund. After numerous emails exchanged, they only credited me $20 from the $58 I spent on the faulty product. Additionally, I was forced to buy an item that was out of stock without any notification. I had to contact them first to address the missing items. Terrible and frustrating customer service experience!
