Worst experience I've ever had. All bullshit!. I'm a year in they haven't negotiated any settlements. When I signed up they instructed me to stop making payments, they would take care of everything. I made my payments to them consistently. A month in they gave me the up sale for legal representation. Now my credit is trashed and I;m being sued by my creditors
Avoid this service at all costs. They misrepresented timelines, continued to take payments even after the debt was settled, and evaded every reasonable request for clarity. They prolonged the process for years, disregarded the terms of their own agreement, and prioritized accumulating fees over genuinely resolving debt. I was even taken to court by a major bank for an account they neglected for nearly two years, and I eventually reached a settlement directly with the bank for less than what it would have cost through this service after including their fees. Ultimately, the program was a total waste of time and effort with no real advantages for me. This operation seems like a scam that targets individuals in financial trouble, mainly focused on extracting as much money as possible rather than assisting anyone in regaining stability. Pro tip: utilize the third-party attorney they require you to pay for against them. That attorney can present a debt plan directly to your creditor, allowing you to bypass these dishonest practices. Just avoid signing any documents they provide.
Logan was patient, very helpful in explaining the process with the creditors and with Clarity. All my questions were answered and I am reassured that my financial situation with the creditors is progressing at the pace it should. It was a pleasure talking with him.
To start you could be honest and not deceiving. Your telephone is never answered and it is very difficult to talk to someone after you sign up. Your staff is not very knowledgeable and talking to a supervisor is close to impossible. I have canceled your services, and to be honest your agent. Maria made very easy for me to cancel, just by her attitude and deception.
My experience was good, not great because of the name changes during the process. I did appreciate that initial company sent emails to make certain that I was still on track.My husband had deceased and left me with a lo of debt.Each company change caused me to feel like I was going to get shanked, but the people I talked to eventually pulled me out of a dark place. At the end, which is now; I am knowing not to over-reach my current income. If I can't pay for something with cash; don't buy it. When I thought it was over last year(2024) and the company wanted to extend the process for another 8-9 months, at first I was flabbergasted, but I saw the need to continue and someone on your staff walked me through the continuation. I wasn't happy, but I presumed I could go just a little further to the end and be comfortable with it. Living with 1/2 of a household income wasn't easy, but I learned to pinch the pennies and three of my children stepped in to assist.
My settlement offer was better than anticipated. I wanted to ensure I understood everything before signing, and Logan was very helpful in clarifying and setting expectations regarding timelines, the status of the settlement offer, and other details.
Probably the worst decision we ever made... almost 4 months worth of almost 800.00 a month taken out of our account and nothing was done...we called every other day and was told something different by everyone. When we started no one told us our accounts had to CHARGE OFF before they would do anything. So now they have 2400.00 of our money, nothing has been done...we call to cancel it...and you guessed it....they are keeping all our money!! Rip off...
