Review Time
It was a great program and there wasn't too much overwhelming homework or SAT's like other intesive SAT courses.
Digital class isn't bad, the notebooks that we are given are pretty informational and are filled with tools for us to help
I just wish there was more review with the other approaches we did in previous classes so i dont forget it.
I also wish we went over our SAT's we took.
Mr. Chris V was one of the best teachers I have had for Princeton review. This was my second run through the course, and I was a lot more engaged this time and willing to participate because his teaching style was enjoyable. Additionally, I did see an improvement of my scores, only would complain that the Princeton Review website is slightly hard to navigate as you progress thorough the modules.
I had the instructor Janan Niroomand. She was great only reason why I dont put 5 stars is bc the tech tended to be unreliable even with a good computer. When taking a test you would have to open desmos on the side bc the desmos built in covered the question. And had times were I would reload the page and gave me a generic error code which im pretty sure means it department cant do lots with. And one time I submitted an assignment and a question didn't register my answer. Mostly minor things.
My daughter is currently in the 1400 SAT class. She has had so many technical difficulties with the trial test software. It does not save answer or keep the correct time. She has had to do entire sections over during the test because it failed to save. It also moves extremely slowly, almost hanging. She is using a high-end Mac on Chrome with a GB connection so it should not be on her side. The even worse part is we are basically being ignored by the instuctor and the tech support email address. The phone line doesn't pick up on the weekend when she is supposed to take the class. For $2K+ I would say spend your money elsewhere
The course was very helpful and improved my testing scores. My teacher was Darrell Johnson and he was great, he was very good at explaining in detail and always answered questions in an easy way to understand. Highly recommend if you want to improve your act score.
This class helped me a lot with English test taking strategies. Math doesn't have any secrets, either right or wrong so it is tough too go over the amount of math the sat has to offer in such little time but I think my teacher did a great job of it and my math and reading score (mainly) went up.
