Review Time
Printful makes it possible for me, and countless other artists selling merch on our online stores to focus on our work (whether it be musical, visual, performance, or whatever) as they handle the business of On-Demand Printing. Printful's fully automated system works seamlessly with my website of commerce, which is powered by SquareSpace. I thank Printful for inventing such a trove of a company, they create quality products!
⭐️⭐️ Review – Printful (GPSR & EU activation issue)
As a new business owner, I chose Printful because of its global production network and promise of international selling. However, my experience regarding the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) activation has been extremely disappointing.
When I first created my products, I did not activate EU sales because I did not fully understand what GPSR was. I preferred not to activate something without proper understanding. There was no clear warning indicating that failing to activate the EU/GPSR option at product creation would permanently prevent modification later.
After publishing nearly 400 products — which took me an entire month to build — I contacted support to activate EU sales. I was informed via live chat that once a product is created without the EU/GPSR option selected, it cannot be modified afterward. The only solution offered was to delete all 400 products and recreate them from scratch.
This is not logical from a platform perspective. Business owners evolve. Decisions change. Markets expand. A compliance setting should be editable — especially when selling internationally is one of Printful’s main selling points.
Additionally, I sent three emails and completed a support form requesting assistance and never received a reply.
For a company that operates multiple global fulfillment centers and promotes international growth, the lack of flexibility and transparency around GPSR activation is concerning.
I hope Printful improves:
• Clear upfront warnings about irreversible compliance settings
• The ability to modify GPSR/EU activation after product creation
• More responsive customer support
At this time, I am deeply disappointed by the experience.
My Story
My name is Andrei, and Cornisho is more than just a shop — it’s an extension of my personality and the way I see the world.
I’m inspired by simple and honest things: humor, irony, bold visuals, and meaning that speaks for itself. Every design in Cornisho represents an idea, a mood, or an emotion I wanted to express through visual art. Sometimes it’s a smile, sometimes a thought, sometimes a challenge.
I believe clothing is a way to speak without words. That’s why I focus on creating designs that stand out, feel memorable, and resonate with people who have character.
Cornisho is about individuality, freedom of self-expression, and a light, confident approach to life.
Thank you for visiting my shop and for supporting independent creativity.
Orders are constantly late and customer service is not helpful. Copy and pasted responses about their standard processing and delivery timeframes... Which should never allow late orders to happen. Is 5 days acceptable to you? Having late orders negatively impacts the shop -- "But our timeframes..." !
Reaching customer service has been problematic; for instance, my online store is currently unable to update my products. I continually encounter an error, which is wasting both time and money, and immediate assistance to fix the issue is lacking.
I recently received my order, and while the print itself looks great, I was very disappointed with the quality of the T-shirt fabric. The fabric was completely transparent, which was not mentioned in the product description.
The listing stated: "Unisex Tri-Blend T-Shirt | Bella + Canvas 3413 (Solid White Triblend / L)." However, the term "Solid White" is misleading. A more accurate description would be something like "Sheer White" or "Translucent White," as the shirt is almost completely see-through.
I reached out to customer support, hoping to return the product or receive a refund, as the shirt did not meet a reasonable expectation of opacity. To my surprise, I received the following response:
"Hi Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I'll gladly look into this for you. I have looked into this for you, and the thickness you're seeing is actually a feature of this specific shirt. As noted in our product catalog, this style is designed to be lightweight and extra soft for maximum comfort.
I hope this clears things up. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know!
Best regards,
Ken Supple"
Not only did this response fail to address my concern, but I was also unable to reply or get any further assistance since they closed the case.
At this point, I feel completely misled and frustrated. I will never order from this company again. Terrible experience – what a scam! Unbelievable!
Previously, I had no issues placing orders with the service, but that changed last month. I made an order expecting it to arrive within the estimated timeframe, even allowing an extra week. Unfortunately, only a portion of my order arrived on time. There was a 10-day gap between ordering and dispatch. Additionally, part of my order was sent through the US, despite there being a fulfillment center nearby. When I contacted the support team, there was a complete lack of accountability. They claimed the delay was typical, attributing it to a postal strike, which was not the case. My last email was sent six days ago without any reply. This mishap has cost my small business over $1500 during the peak season.
I strongly advise all sellers to steer clear of this service to avoid ending up in my predicament. While they seem costly and have favorable reviews, which might lead you to believe they are reliable, my experience was quite the opposite. I started my business on a platform with integration to this service and initially saw great success with many sales. However, things took a turn when they began to significantly delay shipping my orders. As a result, I faced penalties from the platform for late deliveries, causing my views to drop drastically. Unfortunately, I missed out on the holiday sales rush, and I am now in the process of transferring all my products to a different service.
The fabric quality is acceptable. However, one of the prints on the back is misaligned, which looks odd. The embroidery is quite unattractive. I only had a few Chinese characters, and on the white hoodie, there was a light grey square surrounding it. Paying 90 USD for this level of service feels excessive.
