I've been really uncomfortable and restless at night. I wasn't sure if it was the firmness of the mattress or the pillows I use. So I read up on Aeyla Dual Pillow and read the reviews, and there were so many people stating how this pillow helped their sleep. So I ordered mine, and I will jump on the bandwagon and honestly say I had the most gorgeous sleep, no tossing or turning, and I even slept in, which I haven't done in a while.

So, in my opinion, I would most definitely recommend this pillow to those who are struggling with neck, back, shoulder discomfort or even just can't get comfy, to try Aeyla Dual, as it's a game-changer, and if I could give more stars, I would.

Thank you to the creators, as this product will help a lot of people! 🙏

After a small informed delay on the delivery of my pillows I was delighted to finally try them out.
I didn't experience the comfort and deep sleep that was promised. I contacted aeyla and they guided me through the process of perfecting my pillow. I tried their recommendations and they worked for my husband but unfortunately not for myself. After 2 weeks I still wasn't satisfied so as advertised they are replacing with another. I'm now awaiting the dual.

The customer service has been exceptional. I'm more than happy. I'm hoping the dual is my dream.

Bought 2 pillows before Christmas. arrived very quickly. Tried one of them out. The other is still boxed up.
Its not for me so trying to return them both for a refund.
Sent 3 emails so far asking about the return process and have heard nothing back.
Starting to think this is some sort of elaborate scam.
My advice to people would be do not buy from this company unless you are confident you will keep the product because getting a refund seems to be a nightmare that not even a proper good pillow can prevent you from having.

Extremely Frustrated with the Lack of Updates

I placed my order over a week ago and have received no updates; my order is still stuck in the warehouse despite being marked for express delivery. I've reached out to the support team multiple times via email and have received no response. I also messaged on social media and noticed numerous others facing the same issue. I'm really upset with myself for being swayed by the aggressive marketing—perhaps investing more in customer service rather than advertising could help retain customers.

Mixed results with the pillow purchase

I ordered the buy one get one free pillows to alleviate my neck pain, but unfortunately, they haven't been effective, and I'm now experiencing shoulder pain from using them. I've reached out to the support team twice regarding a refund, but I have yet to receive a response. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

Relief from Neck Pain with This Amazing Pillow

After suffering from neck pain for months, I decided to purchase a dual pillow based on positive reviews. It arrived within 3 to 4 days, even over the New Year period, which was a pleasant surprise. The pillow is incredibly soft and comfortable. After using it for three nights, I've noticed a significant reduction in my neck pain. I sleep well on both my side and back, and I feel more alert during the day. I would definitely recommend this pillow.

This pillow truly delivers. I experience neck pain, and it has significantly improved, providing me with much more mobility. My sleep quality has also greatly enhanced. Misleading money-back guarantee

Beware of the misleading 30-day money-back guarantee! I bought two pillows, thinking I could return them if unsatisfied, as promised. Initially, the pillows seemed great, but I soon found large clumps of fibers inside, making them uncomfortable. I contacted the support team on December 22nd to report the issue and request a return. Six days later, I received a reply asking for photos of the clumps, but they were hidden deep within the pillows and not visible from the outside. After asking again about the return process, I received no further communication after another five days. The website lacks return information and a contact number. I regret not checking this beforehand, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the business. Honestly, I would recommend avoiding them; these products seem questionable.

I read numerous reviews before purchasing a Dual Pillow, as I was skeptical due to its price. The feedback on social media was overwhelmingly positive, and they addressed any concerns raised. Coupled with their '30-day return if unhappy' offer, I decided to try it. After just one night, I can say it's absolutely incredible! The claims about relieving neck pain and discomfort are true for me, and I've never used a pillow so wonderfully soft yet supportive. I'm eager to see how it holds up over time, but I’m thrilled with it so far! They have various other pillows too; this review is specifically for the Dual Pillow, which was £69 with a 15% New Year discount.
