Just like others are posting, Prize Picks stole the money in my account due to misuse of my account, without any discussion. They don't answer support emails, they don't answer chats, and they don't provide a customer service line to call and speak to a real person about the issue. very unprofessional company, and a class action lawsuit should be started.
This company is a joke. I created the account and added my card for a deposit. They charge the money but told me that I couldn't use the debit I had on file. I tried another card to see if I can use another and it just repeated the same thing. I ask why the rep why they I couldn't use the card and they gave me some accuse of having issues with that bank. I ask for my money back and they said they will automatically refund my money. However it has been weeks and I don't the refund. I deleted the account now. I don't care about the refund anymore I will never use this platform again. Its a complete scam and a joke.

Today I went to through the app to withdraw funds that I have played through.I went to "Request Withdrawal" and was prompted to add my bank account, so I did.After going through the process of adding my bank account, I see that $100 was added to my balance, and now I do not meet the requirements to withdraw my money.I went through customer service, including a supervisor, and they only keep repeating that I made a deposit and they cannot refund me and that I need to play through.On top of this, I don't see any pending charges on my bank accounts, so this was clearly added by the app.This feels like an outright scam. They've locked up funds by adding money to my balance and claiming that I made a deposit.Still going back and forth with customer service, but they keep ignoring me and just repeating themselves.
Prize Picks is the worst betting app ever made. Customer service is horrible, takes forever and a day to get back to you and they do not honor there referral bonus. Under Dog is a way better betting app with wonderful customers service. They take care of problems that Prize Picks wouldn't even budge to help.
I won on the Super Bowl, requested a withdrawl of the winnings. Followed the prompts to connect my bank account and then they TOOK that money out of my bank account and deposited it into Prize Picks.After waiting HOURS on hold with customer service they just denied that they did it and were no help.
