This app is ridiculous. Set up account, numerous deposits made and bets placed. I went to withdrawal a small dollar amount to see how long it takes. My account got flagged for review and was informed I needed to submit PICTURES of my ID, my debit card, DL, and last 4 of SSN. Was not asked for any of this extra crap when I was making deposits. The fact this company asks for all this extra stuff in order to withdrawal funds($40) is the biggest hassle and the company knows this so you will just leave the money with them until, hopefully, you win enough for it to be worth the risk of submitting sensitive information via a chat session to God knows who. Needless to say I deactivated my account. Hard rock bet app is the best. Not this joke of a company.
Account deactivated. No refund of initial deposit. Informed that I violated there terms of service. I have no idea what I did. I have never had problems with underdog and DraftKings. Customer service chats take hours to get any help. Had me resend my Photo ID. Do not use this app.
Dang i should have read these reviews before joining. I had deposited 20.00 and it said the card was active on another account. I dont have another account. I got charged on my card i reached out and still no response on the chat. So im basically out 20.00 thankfully it wasnt more . I will not be using this again.
I submitted $10 to play. They took the money out. But didn't credit the prize picks account. They said they don't take cash app anymore. Well it's been pending 9 days. With no refund. I spend 2 hours waiting for customer service for them to say oh the bank will fix it. I contact the bank and they said prize picks needs to cancel the pending transaction for me to get my money back..
Had a bet for the under on Desmond Ridder’s passing line at 211.5 yards. ESPN, NFL, CBS Sports, and more had it marked at 208 yards… Yet Prize Picks suggested their 3rd party stat partners all have it at 212. I filed a dispute and was told that there isn’t anything they can do… Not owning up to their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I have an account with Prize Picks and have been attempting to withdraw funds to my bank account. The link from prize picks to Aeropay is not working and all I get is the loading message after entering my number. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that I would not be allowed to withdraw the funds that I had earned because I had deposited the entry fee via Apple Pay and apple pay is only available for deposits and not withdrawals. They refuse to allow me to save an approved alternative payment method such as linking a bank account. They said “If you are trying to withdraw with another bank/card - you have to connect it with your prizepicks account first by depositing (make sure its a bank/card that is allowed or is available for withdrawals as well). Same method with paypal. PayPal is available as a withdrawal method but you first need to use it in placing a deposit into your PrizePicks account - for it to link up and show as an option in withdrawal's tab. You also have to playthrough the amount deposited to avoid playthrough error. Once those steps are done then it should show up on your withdrawals tab options.” Therefore I’m required to bet more in order to withdraw the funds I have already earned. That is abusing and deceptive. I should not be required to bet more and risk more funds in order to withdraw what I have already earned. They must allow me to save an approved payment method and withdraw without requiring me to bet more. The resolution I want is the ability to withdraw my earnings without betting more.
This app is misleading. They advertise “discounted” stats that are actually higher than the standard ones. For example, they listed Lamar Jackson’s passing line at 235.5 as a discount, while other apps had him at 223.5. Avoid using PrizePicks and choose any other app—they’re not trustworthy.
