Having lived in the Belmont Circle area for more than 50 years, I’ve used most of the pharmacies locally, including this one when it was Lloyds – and to be honest, my experience back then was poor on more than one occasion. When the ownership changed to ProCare Pharmacy, I decided to give them another try for a one-off prescription, and I’m very glad I did.
A couple of weeks after receiving the medication, I got a phone call from the pharmacist checking how I was getting on with the new prescription. They spent a long time explaining the differences between the medications and gave me guidance that, frankly, I hadn’t received from the doctor’s surgery. I felt they went above and beyond, which is why I changed my nominated pharmacy to ProCare for both myself and my husband. That particular pharmacist has since moved on, but the excellent service has continued.
Since switching, everything has been seamless. We always receive our medication on time, we’re given advice whenever needed, and we even get our COVID booster vaccinations done here, which is very convenient. The staff are all very helpful, and I would especially like to mention Vrushit, who consistently goes the extra mile for us.

I've used a fair few pill-pouch pharmacies over the years. All have had either poor or terrible customer service - some left me without medication.I made one phone call to ProCare and within an hour they switched me to their online service, advised me how to transfer my unprocessed prescription items to them, and two days later all of my medication arrived. Genuinely impressed!

Travelling ten miles to get my Fit to Fly, COVID 19 pcr test, was worth it. The next day service ProCare promise, delivered my predicted negative result on time for me to travel. NHS Patient Access nominated, at £139 it's one of the cheapest on the market in London. Clean testing room. Carefully administered. Polite staff. Thank you. Much appreciated.
