Absolutely fantastic team to work with. Rented with them for just over 2 years and am heartbroken to have had to leave. (Got a dog and needed to move to a place with a garden.) Shelley is an absolute sweetheart, but the whole office are friendly and helpful. They use a portal website which makes things so much easier!! Will always recommend them to anyone looking to rent!

I grew up in Bedford and in the end chose Waldens because I remembered them being around for a long time and figured that said something. I met Sharon for the initial meeting and from the outset was impressed with her friendly, helpful and empathetic manner. I feel that the team went the extra mile to drop into the house for me on a couple of occasions when living over 2 hours away would have been a big inconvenience. They were always at the end of the phone when I needed them, they charged a fair commission and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend and would use their services again without hesitation.
