Review Time
This is not a review of the product I bought for the simple reason that I’ve never used it. This is a review of Proffsmagasinet customer service which is driving me beyond the edge of frustration or sanity. I wanted to return my order the day it was delivered because I no longer needed it. Followed their return instructions. Several emails and absolutely no reply to emails. Trying to call on the phone is impossible. Why? Because they never ever answer. I’ve been on hold for a record 25 minutes and still no answer on about 10 times I tried to call them. The problem is I have to buy a prepaid return postage label so I can return my order. Without that I can’t return it. I’m losing the will to live with a company that might as well be fictional when there’s no reply to emails or phone. I am now thinking of reporting them to the trading standards agency because they are in breach of purchase agreements if I can’t return my order within days of receiving it. If I don’t hear from them by next week, it will be a complaint to the trading standards that they’ll hear from. So, my short advice is DO NOT buy anything from Proffsmagasinet if you don’t want elevated levels of your blood pressure. To this day I don’t know what to do to return an unopened and unused order to a company that doesn’t give a damn about customers or even talking to them. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner. It was delivered. The box was in a very bad condition and ripped in some places. When I opened the box, the tube to the vacuum cleaner was bent and scratched!So the actual product is delivered defective, and the box it was packed in does indeed look used (definitely not new). I contacted customer support, over a week now and nothing.When you call, you get the automated voice machine and no one ever picks up! Someone else mentioned that they dont’t really answer their customers. I wish I read these reviews before i made my purchase :(Update:Ok maybe it is because of midsommar vacations.. I am willing to wait and seeI will update this story as well with what happens next…Ok, so now this has been handled. The vacuum cleaner was damaged during transport (so it was the delivery company and not the seller). The seller did a wonderful job, they paid for delivery back to them, so that they can claim damage control from the delivery company, they sent me a new one as well, and they were very sorry about what happened. So besides the fact that it did take a very long time for handling this, everything was really perfect! I think the long wait is just a misfortune as it coincided l with the most common and popular vacation periods here.I myself would recommend the store, and very much satisfied with the end result and the way they handled things!
