I was assured that my house sale would be quick and hassle-free, but that was far from the reality. It took five months, and during that time, I was the one constantly reaching out to them. They never provided straightforward answers and always seemed to pass the responsibility. The representative rarely initiated contact unless I reached out first, and when I did, it felt like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, lacking genuine engagement. There was a moment when I was told by another representative that he would handle things and call me personally, which never happened. The next day, I saw on social media that the team was out enjoying go-karting after a 'stressful' day. Meanwhile, I was the one struggling to get everything sorted. I would definitely not recommend their services.

Really happy with the service I received from Proinvest. I called them after seeing a post on Facebook regarding purchasing houses, they come round and asked what I was price I looking for, within 24 hours they called to agree the price I asked for. I must admit I thought this was too good to be true and there would have been some price difference along the way but no I completed today and got the full amount that was agreed at the beginning. The team kept me updated on a weekly basis and they made the selling of my house so much easier! Thank you very much I would definately recommend.
