I KEPT TRYING to get a refund but they refused because the order has been in the warehouse for too long but i requested an refund from day 1 it has been put in the warehouse since THEY ASKED FOR $5000 DOLLARS WORTH OF SHIPPING for a 4kg this is ridiclous and i tried to ask for another shipping route but they refused.
I ordered 8 kg of clothing in 2 parcels of 4 kg each. It was disappointing not to have a tracking number for the first parcel until it arrived, but I must say the delivery was prompt (17 days). I'm still awaiting the second parcel. Overall, the service is excellent, and the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful!
