DPD are criminals, they steal your parcels and hide behind Augmented messages.
I use the courier to deliver Parcels to Amazon Fulfilment Centres. I book for next day delivery. They go from excuses such as 'YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DELAYED DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED ISSUE IN YOUR AREA' to 'YOUR PARCEL IS BEING HELD IN OUR DEPOT' to a phantom date, then weeks of radion silence. Non of their Customer Service teams are any useful and they clearly don't communicate between Customer Support team. The team on the phone are different to the team on the App's chat team, which is also different from the Customer Support team on their website. they send you to an email to raise an investigation. After doing so countless times you get no confirmation of your emails, but worst of all radio silence. There is no updates on the journey of your packages. The tracking stops refreshing and you are left with nothing. This has happened on more than one occasion.

The parcel was not picked up as there were no labels? Can't get in touch with any human to sort the problem out! Made several phone calls only to be on hold for 40 mins the first time, 30 mins second time then gave up! Can't even email them either. I ended up paying the repairer of my item to sent it to me direct by dpd. Do not under any circumstances think you can send a parcel or use the app and get any help when you need it.

DPD keeps taking the cake for incompetence.
No matter what I do, call, send, they keep screwing up deliveries.
Given, it can happen, but the frequency is much more with DPD than other systems.
Multiple times out for delivery and suddenly 'address changed, back to depot' while I did not change a thing.

The package arrived in the Netherlands and sat in the sorting center for 10 days without any movement or explanation. The exact same situation occurred with one of my previous shipments in December. This is not an isolated incident, but a clear logistical issue. The complete lack of updates and transparency is unacceptable.
From my recent experience, DPD no longer seem to deliver to home addresses but only to pickup locations. This has happened for every delivery to my address for the last few weeks.

On January 1, I ordered tires. About 5 days later, I received information that the shipment was being delivered, but I did not receive any SMS or email about the delivery. The shipment was returned to the warehouse and later to the seller. The money was refunded.
– On January 16, I ordered samr tires again.
– after few days 11:16 am I received an SMS that the shipment would be delivered between 11:00 and 12:00.
– I specially stopped my work, got in the car and drove home.
– Just 13 minutes after receiving the SMS, the DPD system noted that “the courier tried to deliver, but did not find anything at home”, although it was physically impossible.
Further: – I called customer service – they promised that the shipment would be delivered the next day.
– The next day, no one arrived, I did not receive any messages.
– I called again – again the same promises, again no delivery. So 3 diferent days and 3 diferend employers just lied to me! 23 of january I wrote email for them with all the timeline and all situation. Ofcourse they ignored me, and nobody answer nothing
– Today is already january 26, so I wait my tires almost one month. when delivery time is 5 days. Also in DPD app there is a function to change delivery adress or time, but ofcourse is not working.
This causes me great dissatisfaction because: – my time is being wasted, – misleading information is provided about the “delivery that supposedly took place”, – the shipment is not delivered, although I am reachable and at the specified address.
The center acknowledged receipt of my parcel on the 31st, yet I still haven't received it. They are now claiming that my parcel has been lost and that I need to initiate a reclamation. How is it possible for them to lose my parcel after confirming its receipt?
My parcel reached my country three days ago, and since then, I have been receiving daily updates stating it will be delivered the next business day, but nothing has happened. This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. If you choose to use them, be prepared for a wait of two weeks instead of just three days. It's ridiculous.
