Did not pay for repair

Sadly I was very disappointed I had a genuine failure of the clutch on my car even the patrol guy said it's not wear and tear and that the clutch is actually broken on examination when I looked at the pressure plate it looks like a metal bar had been scraping against it and it was broken not wear and tear anyway I paid £550 got the car back on the road they collected the old part and today I was informed they will not pay out. my advice is if you want your bulb changed take out this repair policy but if they have to pay out a bit more more than just a bulb then you will have to pay out of your pocket 😢 just want to add I'm not being horrible this is my genuine honest opinion for anyone thinking about taking this cover

Friendly and helpful delivery from…

Friendly and helpful delivery from Terry. Brought heavy delivery to my door. Would recommend GLS compared to Fastway who have left packages beside my gate in the rain
