The main problem is they don't have enough staff to answer their phones.It really isn't ok to have to wait over 25 mins every time.Of course they apologise and give excuses like, it's not usually this busy, or it's unprecedented. But unprecedented means it's never happened before - that's totally not true - it happens every time and there's a very simple solution...GET MORE STAFF TO ANSWER THE CALLS!
Newtown motors cwmbran sold me a faulty car i owned the car for 65 business days and they had it in for repair 49 days ….. Newtown claimed £700 from you through my warranty but still didnt fix the fault … They gave me £7000 back for the faulty car!!! But they still kept the £144 for the warranty that was worthless to me .
I am only rating this with one star because I can’t put zero stars.When I brought this warranty it was sold as all mechanical, electrical and labour covered.But when I went to claim firstly I was as on hold for an hour then when I got through I was told they wouldn’t cover all of the labour charge and then they would only pay for certain mechanical faults such only one part was under the cover So I’ve had to pay £600 and the warranty will only pay £400I understand they don’t cover wear and tear items but mine were mechanical.Absolute joke total scam do not touch with a barge pole.Not happy at all! This company should be ashamed!!!!
The only thing I can fault with my experience is being on hold from 4 o'clock till 6 o'clock told me I was third in the line from half 4 eventually I hung and contacted them first thing in the morning and everything was sorted out .I payed landrover garage £398 for my repairs and the warranty gave me £375 back so all in all very pleased with this no bad complaints from me just sort answering your phones out
Purchased my Jaguar XF portfolio at fleet sales of Leicestershire, I noticed one day after I had purchased a car that the air-conditioning was not working, it turned out to be the matrix, quite an expensive part of the air-conditioning system, And with all the hot weather we have been having recently it would’ve been totally unbearable to drive the car in the heat. Fleet sales contacted AA warranties and sorted this out for me the bill must’ve come to about £800 in total, Very happy with the service and the outcome, I had the new matrix fitted which solved the problem beautiful car great job thank you AA
They marked my item as delivered at 10.00 this morning, which it was not.2 emails, 6 phone calls and told the driver would ring me to tell me where he put the parcel.He didnt. Silence and at 18.00 now i can whistle dixie...What a rubbish company. Avoid them and go to An Post.
