First delivery came early after saying would be there between 14:20 and 16:30, left work early unpaid to get back for 14:00 was delivered at 13:45 needed signature so rearranged for the week after, said would be there between 14:00 and 16;00, had already taken the day off for the schedule, arrived at 18:18 covered in mud which is now all over my carpet
I had a notification indicating delivery would be between 11.00 and 13.00 and so I waited in. Package was eventually delivered at 16.30. Driver said he’d started off late and traffic was bad. Apparently the delivery time estimates are useless. So why give them?
The package was not delivered to my address. Then I asked to pick up from rue Feydeau . On the phone I was directed to 189 rue d’Aubervilliers, 75018 Paris which is a construction site that is virtually inaccessible due to construction. Then I received a message that it will be delivered on January 16 at my apartment. I have lost all confidence in your service and will cancel my trip to London
