Review Time
Was meant to be delivered on Monday, didn’t arrive couldn’t track, finally someone rang and said brakes had failed. Told I would get next morning with time slot. Nothing. Contacted chat line, told I wouldn’t get time slot. Then I got email with one it arrived an hour earlier than slot. Didn’t get asked to sign for it even though that’s why I’d stayed in!!!
Why can’t DHL deliver as instructed ? They completely ignore safe place instructions and leave in full view of passers by in front door . The reason I don’t bother leaving information is this is the 5 time I have written review like this but nothing ever changes
We have had 3 x attempted deliveries stating we are not in but we are. We also have proof on our 11 x CCTV cameras that no attempt has happened.MUCH LATER.......Managed to find a customer service number eventually and hopefully should be sorted now.
