I received a damaged panel and a faulty heater panel. The instructions mentioned a dust cover that was not included. I reached out to the support team but got no reply. I followed up, asking them to contact me before I left a review, but still nothing! There's another service that is about £300 more expensive; I regret not choosing them. On a positive note, the item did arrive quickly after ordering, but that’s the last communication I had with them!

I received my sauna very well packaged, although it took two van loads to dispose of the packaging! Assembling it went mostly smoothly, despite the basic instructions. I encountered some quality issues, such as broken timber supports and soft screws that didn't fit well. I also found extra components that weren't mentioned. After some troubleshooting, I discovered a loose connection in the control panel, which I was able to fix. Overall, despite the issues, I'm satisfied with the product and service provided.

I purchased a sauna with assembly service. Initially, it seemed fine, but the heat caused the door seal glue to warp and peel. One door was also misaligned, allowing heat to escape. After reporting this, they attempted a fix, but the same issue recurred. Now, I've been waiting over two weeks for a response from customer service. While the sauna seems like a good deal, the assembly service isn't worth it considering the problems I've faced.
