I initially traded with the company and managed to make a profit. However, I later found out that hedging is not allowed on their platform, a detail that was not clearly communicated upfront. They assured me that my initial investment would be refunded within a week. Now, over two weeks have passed, and every time I reach out to the support team, they keep delaying the payment, saying 'just one more week.' We're only talking about $300 here. If a broker has difficulty or refuses to return such a minor amount, I can only imagine the complications with larger deposits. This review will remain public until my funds are fully returned. A very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this broker.
