Review Time
The delivery men said extra money needed to be paid because there were stairs. They were rude and the lady who received them said she told them to “video” the lift they used to bring the furniture in up to my apartment. Unacceptable. If there is any dispute I have it on video.
They drove a long way and kept me regularly updated about any delays. The parcel was well cared for and they placed it happily in my room of choice. My only comment would be that the tracker froze so I thought they were somewhere else when they arrived.
If I could give the delivery men 10 stars I would. They brought a huge item down our 30 steps and round our house, totally above and beyond what was required but so so helpful. We had delays getting the item (only a couple of days) so I wasn't prepared to be leaving a great review but honestly, the delivery people were amazing.
