I was given a window for the delivery. Followed by a message 5 minutes before they arrived. Goods unloaded place in a place of my choice and off they went. I would expect no more great service

Just had a chair delivered from Swansea to Gosport (ebay purchase). The seller arranged this courier firm to deliver the item.
They kept me informed through the whole process, delivering the package on time. They were very polite, prompt and professional. Offered them coffee, but declined as they had a schedule to keep to.

The Proovia courier team recently delivered a replacement car bonnet from Yorkshire to Aberdeen area. Being such a large yet fragile item, I wasn't sure how well this would be transported. However, it arrived safe and sound, in same condition it was despatched from supplier. The communication from point of uplift through to live updates on delivery day were great, and to be honest, some of the bigger, more well-known couriers could learn a thing or two from Proovia team on this aspect! Thoroughly recommended for safe and timely delivery.
I organised a delivery and within 2 days, my bookcase had been safely delivered. I was given a timeslot, which was well kept to. I was kept informed at all stages, including the driver contacting me when about half an hour away, to verify his arrival.

There was a issue where the company booked one collection a week later gorgeous and unknown reason, even though I had an active collection scheduled for today and both items were originally booked on the same day.
However, MSRGELU DANUT ELVIS contacted the office immediately, sorted everything out quickly, and arranged the item to be collected today as well.

Notify'd me a couple of days before, saying they had my parcel.
The day before delivery i veryfied my address and that i would be in on the day of delivery.
They gave me a time slot, then on the day of delivery e mailed to say there ETA.
Came within 10 mins of early slot, and the guys were carefull and placed unit where i wanted it
