Used this courier in June, was slightly apprehensive, should I say, since I'd never used this courier before (nor the third-party delivery-comparison website I found them on). Needless to say; great, clear communication, items delivered safely, on time and within the allocated slot. Friendly driver and helper. Thank you.
Still waiting for compensation for a completely ruined sofa, 6 months on. Having initially admitted their service was awful they now are trying to say my beautiful sofa showed signs of wear and tear before. It had one small mark on the back and one on the side. It is now ruined. They arrived with filthy, oily hands, started grabbing at it and moved it to take photos, of their own finger marks. Then bashed it against the top of the door trying to get it out the wrong way. Took it in a filthy van, drove off smoking, and it arrived three days later in a completely different van, with a very badly damaged arm and deep gouges all over it . Their claims team are criminals. They are all criminals.
Had a log burner delivered by proovia which was damaged in transit. Despite confirming with the company that the item was insured for damage in transit before booking, Proovia refused to compensate. After months of backwards and forwards, they eventually refunded 50% of the cost of the delivery service. I am left with a broken log burner, I am £500 out of pocket, absolutely would not recommend this company.
