I used this for a property search record; however, I ended up with multiple charges for extras that I thought I declined. All of that cost me around $20, and I thought I was paying a few dollars for the record. Fast forward a few weeks, and I have another 9.95 charge; apparently, I was auto-enrolled into a subscription. I was able to chat, have this cancelled, and get a refund of 9.95, which was a fast process. But overall, this site is very misleading, and I would not recommend this service.
I was able to get the report I needed quickly and when I had a question about the account later customer service was very helpful. Just make sure if you are signing up for an ongoing membership you know that, but luckily if you do so unexpectedly, they'll help you quickly to remedy that
Seems like a decent service all things considered. I'm pretty sure however that they did not disclose the fact that they planned to charge me monthly for the service. If I had known that, I would not have asked for a report. So I went to check the main site and sure enough it says right on the page now that they charge a monthly fee. But get this - I have been charged $20/month TWICE a month for a few months and it doesn't even say that's what the cost is. They have been charging me $20 every 2 weeks and that's not even what their cost breakdown says. So yeah, this is a scam. Do not trust this company.
Great for immediate responsiveness when I requested the account and recurring fee be stopped. I didn’t even ask for a refund but one was provided !!! Exceptional customer service.

I encountered significant problems with the website, but the support agent who helped me afterward truly turned things around. She was able to resolve all the issues, including confirming the cancellation of an unintended subscription, sending me the PDF I couldn't print, and processing my refund while ensuring I wasn't charged any remaining balance! I'm so grateful for her assistance! Although the practices may be questionable, they do refund all amounts when contacted. After reading several reviews, I realize I’m not alone in experiencing this issue. I also discovered an extra charge on my bank account, which they refunded promptly when I raised the concern.
Untrustworthy service. Avoid making any purchases here. They will enroll you in a deceptive subscription without your knowledge. When I attempted to cancel, they claimed I had signed up for a package. I only ordered ONE REPORT to manage my father's estate after his passing. This company engages in questionable and aggressive billing tactics – steer clear.
